When you start your own company, they’ll be people around you who want to put their input into certain things, they’ll be others in your industry category who want to inflict their ideas and positions on you because they believe they know more. You must know the difference between those encouraging, supporting and mentoring you from those overstepping boundaries & forcing their opinions on you.
