Whether it’s being transparent with clients or with your team, it allows them to feel comfortable and assured. When it comes to your employees, they feel safe in approaching you for feedback or expressing their feelings about an assignment. Data from Sprout Social stated 86% of Americans say transparency from businesses is more important than ever before. Business transparency showcases that you as a leader can be trusted and can have positive effects when it comes to consumers purchasing your products or services.
