… Even though you are working with animals, you must be a good “people person.” Because, in the end, you are stuck in these difficult situations. You’re asking everybody to work hard. If you can’t relate to people and get the best out of them when you’re in the middle of the jungle when it’s raining and insects are biting you, then pretty quickly, your team will start to fall apart. So you have to be really good at working with people and be able to motivate them and get the best out of them.
