… I want to inspire them to change that way of thinking and pursue that dream because you can do it; it can be done. And so many people have done it before us. It’s hard. It takes a long time, and you have to be patient. You have to claw and scrape your way there, but to encourage them that you eventually get there and you can do it. So I’m going to continue crawling and scraping forward. Hopefully, that inspires some other young girls to do the same, and I know that there are fabulous female actors, producers, and directors in film that paved this path before me. I’m just crawling the path behind them, but that’s what I want to inspire. If I could inspire anything in the future generation, it would be that kind of tenacity in women.
